I pickled rakkyo today.

Today from the morning,I pickled the rakkyo.
It was a two-hour struggle between my husband, my part-time worker, and me.
I have always asked my mother at home to pickle rakkyo.
Although I declared, "I will pickle it this year!", it was difficult to peel the 10 kilograms of rakkyo.
When I finally peeled it off, I packed it in a jar and there were two bottles.(;´д｀)It's Tohoho.
I'm really grateful that my mother did such hard work every year without complaining.
