☆ Crispy cherry shrimp

This is a Shizuoka specialty, kakiage made with cherry shrimp landed at Oigawa Port in Yaizu.
It was a favorite of the previous generation.
My father is making it with his arm.
It is made with seasonal vegetables such as cherry shrimp, green onions, and bamboo shoots.
